At FIMEXT CORPORATION, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
- Consumable parts and accessories
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@fimext.com.bd with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive the return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
